Vietnam’s first cave dining
& cultural experience
Dragon Pearl Cave
Have you ever dreamed of dining deep inside an ancient cave, surrounded by legends of dragons and the whispers of time? Hidden within Quang Ninh’s majestic limestone mountains, just 45 minutes from the wonders of Halong Bay, lies the mystical Dragon Pearl Cave — a natural marvel formed over 150 million years ago.
The Legend of
dragon pearl cave
Legend tells that millennia ago, when the Northeastern seas were shadowed by grave perils threatening both the harmony of nature and the lives of its people, a celestial host of Dragons descended from the heavens. Sent by divine command, they came not with fire, but with gifts of protection. From their mouths fell pearls and precious stones, which scattered across the waters and rose as thousands of towering limestone islands – today known as Halong Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay.
When peace was restored and their sacred duty fulfilled, the dragons prepared to ascend once more to the skies. Yet before their departure, the Mother Dragon bestowed a final blessing: a radiant gem hidden deep within the heart of a cavern – their last earthly dwelling. That place, now known as the Dragon Pearl Cave, stands as a timeless emblem of fortune, happiness, and enduring peace for all humankind.
